Transitional Lakeside Home Set to Entertain

Entertaining family and friends is a favorite pastime for these clients, but having a closed floor plan prevented them from doing this efficiently. Our top priority was to open their home and create more space for entertaining. A beautiful stained-glass door sets the stage as you walk up to the front door. A large island, accessible cooktop, and lots of counter space created plenty of square footage for cooking and seating. Both base and wall cabinets were added to the bar area for storage, with glass front cabinets for display. Incorporating an ice maker, wine fridge, and sink in the same space provides everything needed for entertaining conveniently in one space. The combination of wood and brick on the walls gave the space a lot of character and showed off the client’s personal style. Check out the beautiful wood, floating vanity from The Olde Mill in the hall bath. The warm color palette gave this entire home a cozy feeling perfect for entertaining!
