Contemporary Modern Townhouse With A Touch of Louisiana Flair

Almost two years ago, a client contacted us about remodeling a home near LSU's campus. They wanted to turn the home into a tailgater's paradise, the perfect spot for friends and family to gather each Saturday ahead of kickoff. We teamed up with Frank McArdle at Big River Construction to make this client's tailgate dreams a reality. The renovation involved a huge facelift for the ground floor, starting with the kitchen. A huge center island was added, giving the clients the perfect place to lay out gameday munchies and drinks. New cabinets provide plenty of storage for party platters and trays. An added bar niche, just off the kitchen, is a great place to keep wine and beer chilled. The finished renovation is modern, sleek, and comfortable, with just the right amount of purple-and-gold flair.
