Terms and Conditions

Invoices are generated on a monthly basis and payments are due upon receipt.

Once a client agrees to have Ourso Designs, LLC work on their project, it must be understood that many layout concepts may be developed, and yet not chosen as final selections. They are still very important to the design process and clients are still obligated to the fees for services rendered.

In the past, clients have asked Ourso Designs, LLC to work on designs, but for whatever reason, they did not use the proposed layouts, had other entities modify them, or maybe didn't even do the project. Fees for these services were still the obligation of the client.
