FEES:
The costs of our services are
based on hourly fees only.
For
Full Design Services: $75.00/ Hr.
(Includes- Floor Plans, Elevations, Construction Drawings, Electrical
and Lighting Details) For Interior Decorating/ Product Selection Services: $60.00/ Hr. There will be a one hour minimum charge of
$75.00 per jobsite visit.
Travel to and from jobsite in the local Baton Rouge
area is charged at the same rate. If a job is out of Louisiana or requires an overnight stay, overnight expenses will
be charged.
A complimentary walk through is given after the completion of
the project (if desired).
**To eliminate price
increases, Ourso Designs, LLC is sometimes compensated for supplier referrals. An agreement has been made between Ourso Designs,
LLC and suppliers that there will not be an increase in the costs of supplied goods to the client. If a price increase does
occur with a supplier, Ourso Designs, LLC will be notified and they will remove the supplier from their referral list.**
